Sao Kim Branding provides a full range of intellectual property services covering patent, trademark, industrial design, copyright and domain name, enforcement and commercial exploitation of IP rights in Vietnam<\/p>\n
1. Trademark shall be eligible for protection if it meets the following conditions:<\/strong> 2. How to register trademark in Vietnam:<\/strong><\/p>\n a. Trademark search (Optional):<\/strong> b. Requirements for Trademark Registration\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong> INFORMATION<\/strong> DOCUMENTS<\/strong> A trade mark once registered is valid for a term of 10 years and can be renewed every 10 years for an unlimited period.<\/p>\n <\/p>
\n– To be a visible sign in the form of letters, words, pictures, figures, including three-dimensional figures or a combination thereof, represented in one or more colors;
\n– To be capable of distinguishing goods or services of the mark owner from those of others.<\/p>\n
\nIn order to verify the registrablity of trademark in Vietnam, applicant should conduct a search of trademark. The result will show whether or not your trademark is similar to trademark registered by other applicants for the same product\/service.

\nA signed Power of Attorney from the Applicant to authorize Sao Kim Branding to file the trademark application in Vietnam. Though not required at filing, this originally signed document must be submitted to the NOIP within one (01) month from the date of the NOIP\u2019s Notice.<\/p>\n
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Full name, address, and nationality of the applicant;
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Priority data: number of priority application(s), priority date, and priority country;
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0List of goods\/services covered by the mark and respective class(s).<\/p>\n
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 15 trademark specimens with the size not larger than 8×8 cm nor smaller than 0.8cm x 0.8cm;
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Certified copy of priority document according to the Paris Convention (if any). This document must be submitted to the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam (NOIP) within 3 months from the filing date.
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A signed Power of Attorney from the Applicant to authorize Sao Kim Branding\u00a0 to file the trademark application in Vietnam.
